Current Open Postions

Position: Licensed Mental Health Professional/Associates

Role Overview: As a Licensed Professional with us, you will play a crucial role within our interdisciplinary team. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing services to clients through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and also with insurance. In this role, you will engage in short-term counseling sessions that address a wide range of issues affecting mental and emotional well-being, including substance abuse, stress management, grief, family dynamics, and various psychological disorders.

Qualities and Skills: We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualities and skills:

Proficiency in various psychotherapy techniques and approaches

Experience with brief solution-based therapies, including motivational interviewing, problem-solving techniques, adaptation theory, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting short-term counseling sessions for EAP clients, with the potential for transitioning to insurance
• Addressing a diverse and complex set of mental health and emotional well-being concerns
• Utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques to provide effective support and interventions
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care

Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or related licensure
• A passion for providing exceptional mental health care and support
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients on a meaningful level
• Dedication to staying updated on industry trends and best practices
