Angela Hope Smith
Dynamic Facilitator, Educator, Entrepreneur, and Licensed Therapist
Angela Hope Smith is a dynamic facilitator, educator, entrepreneur, and licensed therapist. Having served for thirteen years in community mental health and education, Angela’s creativity and desire to see wellness integrated into our working world led her to TTM, where she serves a clinician in multiple clinical capacities. Insistent on enjoyment and relationship as staples to her work, Angela is proud to be a part of TTM, building connections with clients, clinicians, community organizations and care providers.
Angela holds a Master of Social Work degree from San Francisco State University and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations from Pepperdine University. Angela received her Licensed in Clinical Social Work from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences in 2015 and has been licensed by the Colorado State Board of Social Work since 2022.
Angela is also a dedicated believer in holistic and sustainable structures and aims to always be a part of improving ways of living and being for those on society's margins. Her work has expanded beyond clinical care to include development and facilitation of training and curricula on trauma, emotional wellness, race, and identity. Angela is a bi-racial, gender affirming, able-bodied cis-gender woman who's here with the people! She seeks to create spaces where all bodies are safe, all bodies belong and all bodies have what they need.
Angela’s love for learning, self-exploration, teaching and community keeps her busy as she creatively seeks to center wellness, equity and belonging in whatever she does. When not working, Angela loves adventure and travel, especially to the Caribbean Islands and Spanish speaking countries. Currently conversational in Spanish, Angela hopes to speak fluently and welcome opportunities to practice. Hablas Español!?
