Brianna is a California Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). She earned her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at California Baptist University and her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of La Verne.
She is committed to supporting individuals in navigating life's challenges, developing greater self-awareness, and working toward meaningful personal growth. Her clinical experience includes working with adolescents, children, couples, individuals and families of all ages. She has experience working in community mental health and private practice settings with populations experiencing anxiety, depression, personality disorders, high-acuity mental illness, relationship challenges, identity struggles, life transitions, workplace stress, substance abuse, and self-esteem challenges.
Brianna’s approach is rooted in empathy and cultural sensitivity, providing an explorative, non-judgmental space for her clients' thoughts and emotions. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, tailoring her approach to fit each individual's unique needs. By fostering collaboration, openness, and empowerment, Brianna helps clients discover their strengths, build resilience, and work toward meaningful growth.
Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys writing short stories and costume making.
