Jocelyn Mitchell

Jocelyn Mitchell is a bilingual clinical social worker with over ten years of experience. Ms. Mitchell has a passion for working with adults on the biological, psychological, and social impact of the chronic medical and behavioral conditions that affect their lives and functioning. This experience has honed her skills in providing comprehensive support, advocating for client rights, and facilitating positive outcomes.

Ms. Mitchell holds a bachelors in social work from Buffalo State College, as well as a master's in Social Work from Stony Brook University. Ms. Mitchell’s graduate studies concentrated on population health.         

Ms. Mitchell is known for inspiring and motivating clients to achieve goals while maintaining a patient-centered approach. She is deeply committed to ensuring the highest standards of care. Ms. Mitchell is excited to join the TTM team and looks forward to connecting with new clients.
