Karell obtained her bachelor's degree in psychology from Virginia Union University. She obtained her Masters of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. She has worked with numerous and diverse individuals and groups. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania, Colorado and Louisiana who works with adults on a number of different specialty areas, including life adjustments, trauma, goal planning, life transitions, grief and loss, relationships, stress management, anxiety, and depression.

She uses approaches/modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Strengths-Based approach to ensure clients are equipped and better able to navigate life's ongoing stressors. 

In her spare time, Karell enjoys putting words and advice to practice. She works out utilizing cardio, strengthen training and Pilates to name a few. She also has re-ignited a love for reading. Karelle enjoys quality time spent with family and friends. She desires to be able to divulge into travel and see the world more in the near future.
