Lindsey’s therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). She operates from a strengths-based perspective, empowering clients to identify and build upon their existing resilience. Lindsey is especially passionate about supporting women through life’s most challenging moments—whether navigating crisis, trauma, or overwhelming stress. Her goal is not only to provide effective clinical treatment, but also to cultivate a genuine therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and collaboration. She is dedicated to helping clients restore balance, access resources, and move forward with confidence.

Lindsey cherishes spending time with her husband and son. Her free time is often filled with simple pleasures like cooking homemade meals, enjoying coffee dates on the porch, cozy movie nights, or relaxing days at the beach. These moments of connection and calm are what she values most.
