Natasha is an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina with extensive experience working with every age group providing various forms of therapeutic intervention services. Natasha has a Master’s degrees in Social  Work. She comes with over 15 years of experience administering therapeutic interventions with children, adolescents, and adults in community-based settings and hospital settings. Natasha is diverse in Social Work and has proven to provide a strong foundation to help clients address a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, difficulties managing anger, low self-esteem, academic difficulties, peer conflict, and work stress.

Natasha’s approach to therapy generally focuses on using evidence-based treatment including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. She is passionate about helping people navigate through everyday life to manage crisis situations, find resources and support to restore balance during some of the most traumatic, chaotic, and stressful times in their lives. As a therapist, her goal has been to help people to help themselves and to navigate change, promote growth, and restore hope.

Natasha enjoys traveling, volunteering, and spending time with her friends and family.
