Noor is an experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.
Noor comes with extensive experience working in community mental health, school-based programs, and social service settings. She has worked with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, supporting individuals and families navigate life’s challenges, such as stress, anxiety, depression, peer pressure, and grief. Noor uses a strengths-based therapeutic approach that integrates Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. She tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients and provides a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.
In her spare time, Noor enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, appreciating the Southern California weather, and walking along the beach.
