Shay believes as we move throughout our lives, there are instances in which we find ourselves experiencing feelings that can be hard to describe and understand. Anxiety, depression, mood changes and self esteem issues are just a few of the elements we encounter in our quest to have a fulfilling life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Shay believes that the therapeutic relationship is the primary vehicle for growth, change, healing and restoration and she works to create an environment to feel safe, heard and understood.
