Stephanie is an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW). Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Mental Health from California State University, Fullerton and continued her education by pursuing her Master’s Degree in Social Work with an emphasis on Clinical Practice with Individuals and Families from Azusa Pacific University. With years of experience in community-based and non-profit sectors, Stephanie has worked with children, teens, adults, and the elderly in individual and group settings. Stephanie is also trained in Trauma-Informed Care, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Gottman Level 1, Positive Parenting and holds a certificate in Domestic Violence Training. Stephanie has a plethora of knowledge in Social Work and has proven to provide a strong foundation to help clients address a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief & loss, low self-esteem, family conflicts, and stress management. Stephanie’s approach to therapy generally focuses on using evidence-based treatment, including Attachment Theory, Strength Based Approach, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFT), in addition to a holistic approach to assisting and supporting clients with improving their quality of life and striving for emotional wellness.
Stephanie enjoys traveling, hiking, going to the gym, and spending time with her loved ones.
