Tina is a seasoned Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in the Florida Panhandle, with extensive experience working with both youths and adults. She holds a Master’s degree in School and Mental Health Counseling and brings over 15 years of experience in outpatient and community-based settings. Tina is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being.
With a compassionate and client-centered approach, Tina specializes in addressing anger management concerns, life transitions, conflict resolution, relationship issues, career challenges, academic difficulties, and self-esteem problems. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of her clients.
